This hotel is perfectly located in a very safe neighborhood, right in the center of the city. You can easily walk to all the city attractions in just 15-20 minutes. It is also conveniently situated near the touristic sites and has great access to public transportation. The rooms are charming with high ceilings and fabulous architecture. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making you feel safe and secure during your stay. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast with a great view from the breakfast room.
The bathrooms could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness and hot water availability.

The hotel is located very close to the city center and Porta Nuova station, making it convenient for transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities provided were excellent. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including homemade cakes and fresh pastries.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was ideal - situated on a quiet side street yet right off a main boulevard, it was close to the main shopping area and restaurants in a nice neighborhood. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The basic amenities offered were more than sufficient for my needs, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms with very old windows that added a charming touch. The rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable, with lovely frieze paintings adding a touch of elegance. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, giving me the perfect start to each day.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for anything more.

Convenient location near main square and shops. Clean, comfortable rooms with modern furniture. Friendly and helpful staff. Charming building with lots of character. Option for drinks and water at reception cafe.
